Thanks to General Motors’ generous support of Girl Scouts of the USA, the two organizations have collaborated to build the next generation of innovative female science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) leaders. Together, we offer youth across the country new creative and progressive programming to help engage in STEM activities and explore a range of STEM professions through our STEM Career Exploration badges (kindergarten to 1st grade and 9th grade to 12th grade) and Automotive Engineering badges (kindergarten to 5th grade). The badges inspire and prepare Girl Scouts for related careers, reduce economic inequalities, and create a lasting difference.
