Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies
With support from Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies (MACP) through the MACP Youth Camping & Swimming program, Girl Scouts of the USA will launch a national study on the inclusivity of overnight Girl Scout camps. Findings will guide GSUSA’s strategy to break down any barriers to girls’ resident camp participation—ultimately ensuring that all girls, including girls who are marginalized by society, have opportunities to build skills and try new things as they develop a deep appreciation for the natural world. The partnership honors GSUSA’s longstanding commitment to preparing all girls to lead in the outdoors and everywhere else.
