HSBC and Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) have partnered to give Girl Scouts the opportunity to gain important entrepreneurial skills, like curiosity, confidence, and innovation, to prepare them for academic and career success no matter where they go or what they decide to do.
Thanks to HSBC’s generous grant, GSUSA will create two playbooks, “Camp Entrepreneurship Playbook” and “Girl Scouts Pitch Day Playbook,” to support councils in their creation of program highlighting the six Entrepreneurship badges launched in 2020. Eight councils will pilot the playbooks by hosting events in their communities to provide the opportunity for girls to develop their own business ideas and gain entrepreneurial mentorship from experts in different fields.
