National Board
The Girl Scouts of the USA Board of Directors comprises 30 women and men, including from Latino, African American, Asian American, and Native American communities, with expertise in fields ranging from financial services to nonprofit management to strategic consulting.
Additionally, there are three non-board members of the National Board Development Committee who work in partnership with the National Board throughout the triennium.

The new National Board and National Board Development Committee pledged to adhere to this Commitment Statement for the next triennium in their work on behalf of the Movement. These commitments focus on what unites our Movement—starting with our strong belief in the Girl Scout mission and our desire to expand its reach and impact—and communicate how through our shared good governance the candidates for the National Board and National Board Development Committee will serve, engage with, and grow the Movement.
