Time needed: 30–45 minutes
Materials needed:
Activity: In some countries, each family has a crest. A crest is a picture that uses colors and symbols to show what’s important to the family. Think of what is important to your family, then draw your own crest. Talk about why you drew it in just that way.
For More FUN: Ask an adult to print out your crest on transferable paper, and iron it onto a T-shirt for you to wear.
Troop Leaders: The instructions for all badge steps are available free of charge in the Girl Scout Volunteer Toolkit.
Girl Scout Activity Zone activities have been adapted from existing Girl Scout programming.
