Cross the bridge to Hogwarts and tour film studios with Girl Scouts of Central Texas in this ocean-spanning trek that spotlights the sorcery of Harry Potter.

About the Trip

Join the Girl Scouts of Central Texas in traveling from Texas to Florida to the United Kingdom! Our Harry Potter journey is packed with exciting destinations, such as Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade at Universal Studios Florida. We will then jet across the Atlantic to tour the original sets at Warner Bros. London and explore other Harry Potter filming locations around the UK! Take tea at the Elephant House in Edinburgh and ride the actual Hogwarts Express through Scotland. Pack your wand and robe to enjoy these and other wizarding adventures.

Who Should Apply?

• Age: Girl Scouts entering grades 9–12 or those who will have just graduated from 12th grade in summer 2023

• Interests: Love of all things Harry Potter

• Requirements: Able to walk outside for extended periods, including in hot temperatures

• Equipment: Packing list will be provided after acceptance

• Ignite Your Passion! This trip is great for Girl Scouts who are interested in film, animation, writing, or other creative careers.

The Cost

Program fee: $4,750

The program fee includes airfare from Austin to Orlando to the United Kingdom. Girl Scouts will need to arrange transportation to Austin, Texas.

Deposit due upon acceptance: $300. (This deposit is already included in your trip program fee.)
