About the Trip
Go back in time to experience the old-world wonders of England, Ireland, and Wales. Kiss the Blarney Stone in County Cork, marvel at the Gothic spires of St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Dublin, and tour the bustling streets of London.
From the birthplace to Shakespeare’s 16th-century works and the Harry Potter saga of today, the United Kingdom has long been rich with a literary tradition you’ll get to explore up close. You will also make a special visit to Pax Lodge in Hampstead to participate in unique Girl Scout programming.
Who Should Apply?
Age: Girl Scouts entering grades 7–9 in summer 2023
Interests: European history, architecture, fine arts
Requirements: Up to date COVID-19 vaccination required. Also strong teamwork, open-minded to other cultures
Equipment: Passport
This trip is great for Girl Scouts who are interested in art and culture. for a Take Action project.
The Cost
Program fee: $5,469
The program fee does not include airfare to Virginia. Girl Scouts will need to arrange transportation to Norfolk, Virginia.
Deposit due upon acceptance: $95 to EF Tours and $200 to council. (This deposit is included in your trip program fee.)
Final payment due: Spring 2023

Financial aid may be available. Check with your local council.
